Charles BARISA, MA is a DDR practitioner and child protection specialist. He worked for 10 years with the Rwanda Demobilisation and Reintegration Commission (RDRC) as the Head of the Child Ex-Combatant Rehabilitation Centre. Charles is passionate about supporting children and young people who have been in areas of armed conflict.
